FirstRand Limited, via FNB, seeks an External Sales and Service Advisor Lead to drive sales performance and deliver exceptional service in the assigned area. You will apply established sales processes and engage clients to meet targets while building lasting relationships.

You will manage end-to-end client engagement, from lead generation to application completion and post-sale support, ensuring governance and regulatory compliance throughout.

Qualifications

• Must have FSCA FAIS NQF Level 5 qualification or higher.
• Must have completed First Level Regulatory Examination.

Responsabilités

• Apply sales processes within area of responsibility to achieve sales targets and build client relationships.
• Deliver end-to-end client management: promote the FNB value proposition, assist with the application process, close deals and handle post-sales queries.
• Maintain expert knowledge on products, pricing, application procedures and timelines.
• Source new leads through internal channels and external contacts to grow the customer base.
• Track and influence sales activities to achieve targets in line with quality and productivity standards.
