FirstRand Limited is seeking an External Sales and Service Advisor Lead to drive sales performance in the designated area, applying established processes to meet targets while delivering outstanding client service.

You will build strong relationships, identify new opportunities and manage end-to-end client engagement from lead generation to credit and post-sales support, ensuring governance and compliance with NCA and FAIS requirements.

Qualifications

• FSCA recogn. FAIS NQF Level 5 qualification or higher.
• Completed First Level Regulatory Examination.
• Credit record check under NCA if applicable.
• Knowledge of banking products and sales processes.
