Placements24 is seeking an Executive Housekeeper for a well-regarded hotel in Rustenburg. You will lead housekeeping operations, ensure the highest standards of cleanliness across guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house, and manage the team and inventory.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper in a reputable hotel.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning techniques and chemical safety.

• Ability to manage budgets, control inventory and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all housekeeping staff, including assigning duties, monitoring performance, and conducting training.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and SOPs to maintain exceptional hygiene standards.
• Manage procurement and inventory of all housekeeping supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards and address deficiencies.
• Collaborate with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Maintain the housekeeping budget, track expenses and implement efficient resource utilization.

About the Role

Our client, a well-regarded hotel in Rustenburg , is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Executive Housekeeper to lead their housekeeping operations. This pivotal role involves ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, order, and presentation throughout the entire hotel premises, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
