Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive cleaning and sanitation schedules for all areas of the establishment, including guest rooms, public spaces, back-of-house areas, and outdoor premises.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of cleaning staff, ensuring they are proficient in all cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and the proper use of equipment and supplies.
• Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure compliance with hygiene standards, identify any maintenance or repair needs, and promptly report them.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment and linens, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective procurement.
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, staff performance, inventory and any incidents.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front office, to address guest concerns and ensure a seamless operational flow.
• Uphold and promote a strong commitment to health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Implement and monitor deep cleaning programs and specialised sanitation protocols as required.

Requirements
