Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Hotel Operations Director to oversee the entire operational framework of a prestigious Stellenbosch property. You will drive guest satisfaction, align departments, and uphold the highest standards of service and financial discipline.

The role requires extensive senior hotel management experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record in strategic planning and budget oversight within a luxury hospitality context.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in senior hotel management or operations roles.
• Proven leadership and financial management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel operations and industry best practices.
• Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and efficiency.
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and cost control measures across all departments.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of department heads and staff.
