Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in hotel management with 5+ years in a senior leadership role in luxury.
• Proven ability to manage complex hotel operations and financials.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and problem solving.
• Deep knowledge of luxury hospitality operations and market trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field; Master's is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations to ensure seamless integration and efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Manage P&L, budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead and develop the hotel's management team with a culture of excellence.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and uphold luxury brand standards.
• Comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
