This senior leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence across all hotel departments, ensuring unparalleled guest satisfaction, and maximizing profitability. You will lead a team of department heads, implement strategic initiatives, and maintain the highest standards of service and quality that define our client's brand. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations, including Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, and Human Resources, to ensure seamless integration and efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to achieve financial goals, service standards, and guest satisfaction targets.
• Manage the hotel's P&L, budgets, and financial performance, identifying cost‑saving opportunities and revenue enhancement strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the hotel's management team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest service by setting high standards and actively monitoring guest feedback.
• Uphold the brand's reputation for luxury, quality, and attention to detail in all aspects of hotel operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Hotel Manager, Director of Operations) within the luxury segment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex hotel operations and achieving outstanding financial results.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of luxury hospitality operations, market trends, and best practices.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management and P&L responsibility.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
• A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is a plus.
