Placements24 is recruiting an Event Catering Supervisor for a major university in Bloemfontein. You will oversee campus catering operations for student functions, conferences and dinners, supervise catering staff, and ensure high standards of food quality, presentation and service.

You’ll coordinate with event organizers, manage inventory and safety compliance, and contribute to menu planning and cost control, while delivering exceptional service to the university community in Bloemfontein.

Qualifications
