About the Role

Our client, a renowned provider of catering services for high-volume events in the Soweto, Gauteng area, is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Catering Supervisor. This role is responsible for overseeing the on-site execution of catering services, ensuring seamless delivery, exceptional guest experiences, and adherence to all company standards. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in a fast-paced catering or hospitality environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of food service operations. You will be instrumental in guiding catering teams to success and ensuring client satisfaction for a wide array of events. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate catering staff during event setup, service, and breakdown.
• Ensure all catering services are delivered according to client specifications and company standards.
• Manage food and beverage service, ensuring quality, presentation, and timeliness.
• Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies during events, reporting any shortages.

• Conduct pre-event briefings with the catering team to ensure clear understanding of roles and responsibilities.

Requirements
