Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to open doors and build the pipeline across South Africa. You will own top-of-funnel activities, research ideal accounts, identify decision makers, and book discovery calls for the sales team.

This is a remote, full-time position within South Africa. You will leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo, while maintaining Salesforce records and refining outreach messaging.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to craft personalized outreach and messages.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and sequence-building platforms.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and run personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and refine targeting with the sales team.
