Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Sales Development Representative across South Africa. The role focuses on researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, to open the top of the funnel for Blacksmith Agency.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to execute thoughtful outreach, maintain accurate records and contribute to pipeline growth. Remote position with SA-based operations.

Qualificações

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar
• Strong written communication
• Familiarity with outbound tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo)
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team
