Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are eager to open doors and drive pipeline. This remote, full-time SDR role focuses on researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking discovery calls for Account Executives.

You will craft personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone, maintain accurate CRM records, and iterate messaging with the sales team to hit ambitious volume targets while keeping touchpoints high quality.

Formación

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools such as Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
