You will be the primary contact, drive feature adoption, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and sustain long-term relationships. Excellent communication and a strong software background are essential for success.

Formación

• 4+ years in account management or client success in enterprise software or IT services.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and drive satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software and business applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, MS Dynamics) is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts as main client contact.
