Job summary

Placements24 seeks an experienced Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of enterprise clients in Durban, serving as the primary contact and driving long-term value. You will develop account plans, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure client satisfaction and retention.

The role focuses on expanding relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and delivering strategic guidance to senior client contacts within KwaZulu-Natal’s enterprise market.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or client relationship management, preferably with enterprise clients.
• Proven success in retaining and growing key client accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise-level sales cycles.
• Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with senior-level client contacts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
