This role is essential for sourcing and placing highly skilled engineers and technical professionals across various industries, including manufacturing, construction, and energy. You will be instrumental in building strong relationships with clients, understanding their complex technical requirements, and attracting top-tier talent. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, understanding their specific engineering challenges and talent needs.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including technical interviews, skills evaluations, and verification of qualifications.
• Provide expert market insights and advice to clients on talent acquisition strategies and remuneration benchmarks.
• Meet and exceed agreed-upon placement targets and revenue goals for the engineering and technical sectors.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements within engineering disciplines.
• Contribute to business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and expanding the client base.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on engineering and technical placements.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates in challenging technical roles.
• Solid understanding of various engineering disciplines (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Process).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing methodologies.
• Ability to build credibility and trust with technical professionals and hiring managers.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business, or Human Resources is preferred.
• Adaptability and a driven approach to achieving recruitment objectives in a competitive market.
