• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working from Centurion office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
• Segment customer databases to deliver personalized and relevant email content to different audience groups.
• Develop and test email copy, subject lines, and creative assets to optimize open rates and click-through rates.
• Manage email marketing campaigns within the chosen platform (Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot).
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and analyze results.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Ensure all email campaigns comply with relevant regulations (POPIA).
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging email content and visuals.
• Maintain and update email lists, ensuring data accuracy and hygiene.
