Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of luxury real estate sales experience.
• Proven track record in meeting/exceeding targets.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Gauteng luxury market.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
• Driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Resilience and proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential buyers of luxury properties.
• Conduct personalized property viewings and presentations, highlighting unique features and benefits of each development.
• Understand client needs and preferences, matching them with suitable properties.
• Negotiate sales terms and conditions, ensuring favorable outcomes for client and developer.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and post-sale follow-up.
• Maintain knowledge of the local luxury real estate market, including pricing trends and competitor activity in Benoni, Gauteng.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Prepare sales contracts and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Build and maintain a strong network of clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals.
