Placements24, a reputable real estate agency in Benoni, seeks a proactive Residential Property Sales Executive. You will manage the full sales cycle—from lead gen and viewings to offers and closing—driving results in the East Rand market.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in residential sales, EAAB PDE4 or higher with FFC, and a proven track record of meeting targets. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, with CRM and listing platform proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential property sales.
• Valid EAAB PDE4 or higher and Fidelity Fund Certificate.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of Benoni residential market and surrounds.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong marketing and sales acumen.
• Proficiency with real estate CRM software and online listing platforms.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and prospect buyers and sellers in the Benoni area.
• List residential properties and conduct accurate market appraisals.
• Market properties via portals, social media, and print.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential buyers.
