Placements24 is seeking a Luxury Property Sales Specialist for the George, Western Cape region. The role focuses on managing relationships with high-net-worth buyers and selectively marketing exclusive properties.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in luxury real estate within the Western Cape, with excellent negotiation, presentation, and networking skills, and a willingness to travel across the Garden Route.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of luxury real estate sales experience in Western Cape, especially George.
• Proven track record of selling high-value properties.
• Exceptional understanding of luxury market dynamics and client expectations.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication with high emotional intelligence.
• Proven ability to generate leads and build a strong client base.
• Experience with luxury marketing techniques and digital platforms.
• Willingness to travel with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage relationships with high-net-worth buyers in George and surrounding areas.
• Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for exclusive properties, including digital campaigns.
• Conduct sophisticated property valuations and present market analyses to clients.
• Oversee the sales process with discretion and professionalism.
