Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is seeking organized, detail-oriented E-commerce Virtual Assistants to support U.S.-based online retailers from a remote home office. You will manage listings, orders, inventory, inquiries, and performance reporting across multiple marketplaces.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in e-commerce, proficiency with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central, and excellent English communication. This role offers weekly payments and flexible, remote work from home.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in e-commerce, marketplace management, or related role.
• Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy, eBay, or similar.
• Customer service experience with problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Reliable internet and dedicated home office setup.
• English proficiency at C1 or higher (written and verbal) with a slight to neutral accent.
• Availability to work during ET business hours.

Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is a Boutique Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm specializing in providing high-quality remote professionals to businesses across the United States. We are seeking organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused E-commerce Virtual Assistants to join our talent pool. In this role, you will support online retailers by managing product listings, processing orders, maintaining inventory, assisting customers, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of e-commerce stores across multiple online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms
• Process customer orders and monitor order fulfillment
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or marketplace messaging systems
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and update product availability
• Conduct product and competitor research to identify new opportunities
• Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and customer claims
• Generate sales, inventory, and performance reports
• Monitor product pricing and marketplace compliance
• Coordinate with suppliers, fulfillment centers, and internal teams as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management software such as Cin7, Zoho Inventory, Fishbowl, or similar
• Experience with product research tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or similar
• Familiarity with listing optimization and basic SEO for e-commerce marketplaces
• Experience managing multiple online stores simultaneously
• Knowledge of order fulfillment processes, shipping platforms, and logistics
• Experience supporting U.S.-based e-commerce businesses
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot to improve workflow efficiency
