Qualifications

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, online sales or similar digital roles.
• Proficiency with major platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong customer service.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with Slack, Trello, and Google Workspace.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Stable internet connection and quiet, dedicated workspace.
• Remote work experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings across platforms with accurate descriptions, pricing and imagery.
• Process online orders and coordinate with fulfillment centers and logistics partners.
• Provide customer support via email, chat and social media.
• Monitor sales performance and report trends and insights.
• Create and schedule social media content to promote products.
• Conduct market research for product opportunities and competitive strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and digital advertising.
• Maintain ecommerce databases and files.
• Troubleshoot technical issues on the ecommerce site or platforms.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and ecommerce best practices.
