Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce platform management or a related technical role.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce architecture, web technologies, and online marketing principles.
• Proven experience with managing platform upgrades, integrations, and technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management and technical performance of the e-commerce platform.
• Develop and manage the platform roadmap, prioritizing features based on business value and user impact.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement new functionalities, integrations, and bug fixes.
• Monitor platform performance, security, and uptime, addressing issues proactively.
• Analyze user behavior and platform data to identify opportunities for A/B testing and CRO.
