Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced E-commerce Product Manager to define and drive the strategy for our online product offerings in Kimberley. You will translate customer needs into a clear product roadmap and collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to launch features that grow the business.

The role requires strong UX understanding, stakeholder influence, and agile practices to deliver customer-centric experiences and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the e-commerce platform, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to gather insights and validate product ideas.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and product specifications for the engineering and design teams.
• Prioritize the product backlog and manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX/UI design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product delivery.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to continuously improve the customer experience and achieve business outcomes.
