Placements24 is seeking an experienced E-commerce Platform Manager to oversee online sales channels in Mossel Bay. You will drive revenue growth by optimizing the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience, and implementing digital strategies.

You will collaborate with marketing, IT, and operations to enhance website functionality, manage product catalogs, and improve conversion rates, reporting to stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, UX/UI principles, and CRO.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
• Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics) and A/B testing.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve website user experience, conversion rates, and average order value.
• Oversee product catalog management, including product data, images, and pricing.
• Collaborate with development teams on new features, integrations, and platform enhancements.
• Analyze website analytics and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to implement campaigns and promotions on the e-commerce site.
