About the Role

Our client, WhatJobs Direct, is seeking a highly organized and efficient E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage and optimize their online sales channels. This is a pivotal fully remote role, designed for a proactive individual who excels in managing the backend of an e-commerce business. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the online store, from order processing and inventory management to customer service coordination and website maintenance.
