About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic E-commerce Operations Manager to lead their online fulfillment and logistics operations from a remote setting. This critical role involves overseeing the entire e-commerce supply chain, from inventory management and order processing to shipping and returns, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional customer satisfaction. You will optimize operational workflows, manage third-party logistics providers, and implement strategies to scale operations effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize all aspects of the e-commerce order fulfillment process, including warehousing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Oversee inventory management systems to ensure accurate stock levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce carrying costs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) partners, negotiating contracts and monitoring performance.
• Implement and continuously improve operational workflows and processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement, reporting key metrics to senior management.
