Placements24 is seeking an E-commerce Operations Specialist to join a remote team supporting operations based in Stellenbosch. You will oversee order processing to fulfillment and customer support, ensuring a smooth ecommerce journey for customers.

This role requires proactive multitasking, platform management on Shopify/Magento, and data-driven optimization to improve performance while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations or related online retail role.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify/Magento) and order management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize remotely.
