Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving orders to dispatching shipments accurately and efficiently.

• Coordinate with 3PL providers and carriers for timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Process returns and exchanges to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain records of inventory, orders, and shipments in the e-commerce platform and inventory system.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs within the supply chain.
• Liaise with customer service to resolve order-related issues or queries.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and documentation requirements.
• Monitor shipping performance and address delays or issues promptly.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of e-commerce operational processes.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and/or Google Workspace.

• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
• Familiarity with shipping software and carrier portals is a plus.
