You will oversee inventory, order fulfillment, shipping logistics, and customer service, collaborating with marketing and IT to drive sales growth.

The role requires at least four years in e-commerce operations, proficiency with Shopify/Magento/WooCommerce, and strong analytical and project-management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, marketing or related field.
• 4+ years in e-commerce operations with focus on online sales and fulfilment.
• Experience with major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
• Strong inventory, order processing and shipping logistics knowledge.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and project-management abilities.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers.
• Proficient with e-commerce analytics tools (Google Analytics).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a plus.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal and be available for on-site operations.
