• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in e-commerce operations management or similar role.
• Proven track record in online sales, order fulfillment and logistics.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all day-to-day e-commerce operations, including website management, order processing and fulfillment.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the online customer journey and increase conversion rates.
• Manage inventory levels across online channels, ensuring accuracy and availability.
• Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely, cost-effective fulfillment.
• Develop and manage relationships with third-party e-commerce platforms and service providers.
• Analyze e-commerce performance data and report on key metrics.
• Implement and manage customer service policies for online channels.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead, mentor and develop the e-commerce operations team.
