Job summary

Frontierco is seeking an experienced e-commerce operations lead based in George, South Africa. You will own sales, GP%, and target delivery across multiple retail brands on WooCommerce/WordPress, collaborating with buyers, planners, warehouse managers, customer care, and marketing to keep products, stock, and the website on track.

You’ll handle catalog management, SEO, paid media, analytics, and CRM workflows, while ensuring compliance and timely product drops.

Qualifications

• Experience driving e-commerce performance across multiple brands.
• Ability to partner with buyers, planners, and marketing teams.
• Strong analytics to track sales, GP%, AOV, conversions, and attribution.
• Proven catalog management, SEO, and content optimization.
• Familiarity with email automation and CRM workflows.
