Placements24 is seeking a Senior E-commerce Growth Manager to lead online growth across digital channels in Johannesburg, Gauteng. You will drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue through data-driven strategies, CRO, and optimized campaigns, with a strong emphasis on social media, paid media, and analytics.

The role requires 5+ years in e-commerce growth, proficiency with Shopify/WooCommerce and analytics tools, and a track record of delivering growth in competitive online markets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of e-commerce management with growth hacking and digital marketing focus.
• Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns (SEM, social media ads).
• Experience developing social media strategies that drive engagement and sales.
• Familiarity with Shopify/WooCommerce and analytics tools (GA, Adobe Analytics).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies (acquisition, CRO, CLV).
