About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and data-driven E-commerce Growth Hacker to join their ambitious team in Centurion, Gauteng . This role is crucial for identifying and implementing strategies to accelerate growth across our client's online platforms. You will be responsible for experimenting with various marketing, product, and sales tactics to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of e-commerce funnels, and a passion for rapid iteration and optimization. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to execute growth initiatives, measure their impact, and scale successful strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments across the e-commerce website and marketing channels.
• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, market research, and competitor benchmarking.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve user acquisition, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
• Collaborate with product teams to optimize user onboarding, feature adoption, and retention.
• Work with the marketing team to enhance SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns for growth.
• Analyze campaign performance and user behavior data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay abreast of the latest growth hacking techniques, digital marketing trends, and e-commerce best practices.
• Develop and manage dashboards to track key growth metrics and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a growth hacking, performance marketing, or similar role within an e-commerce environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
• Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce user funnels and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
