Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical E-commerce Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our Paarl team in the Western Cape. You will identify user experience bottlenecks, run A/B tests, and implement data-backed improvements to boost online sales and conversion efficiency.

You will work with marketing, development, and design to translate insights into tangible website enhancements, stay current with CRO trends, and document test plans and learnings for the knowledge base.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CRO and website optimization.
• Strong knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency with web analytics and user behavior tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics or Psychology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze website user behavior to identify conversion bottlenecks.
• Plan and run A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages, product pages, and checkout.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing, development and design teams.
• Monitor test results and report findings and recommendations.
• Document test plans and learnings for the knowledge base.
