Job summary

wine.co.za is seeking a Customer Service/Order Support specialist to assist with daily e-commerce operations and delivery coordination. You will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, and help process orders from the online store.

The role requires Matric/Grade 12, fluency in Afrikaans and English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. E-commerce knowledge is advantageous in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is essential.
• Good understanding of customer service principles.
• Afrikaans and English fluency is required.
• E-commerce knowledge or experience is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the e-commerce operations and delivery teams.
• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist with the management and processing of orders placed through the online store.
• Monitor orders throughout the fulfilment process to ensure successful and timely delivery.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve order or delivery-related queries.
• Support the continuous improvement and optimisation of e-commerce operations.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the customer journey.
