Job summary

Exceed Human Resource Consultants seeks a detail-oriented customer support assistant to bolster our e-commerce operations in Paarl. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email and WhatsApp while helping manage online orders and delivery status with a focus on timely resolutions.

Ideal candidates have Matric with preferable tertiary exposure, strong communication skills in English and Afrikaans, and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced team setting. Proficiency with MS Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the e-commerce operations and delivery teams.
• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist with the management and processing of orders placed through the online store.
• Monitor orders throughout the fulfilment process to ensure successful and timely delivery.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve order or delivery-related queries.
• Support the continuous improvement and optimisation of e-commerce operations.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the customer journey.
