Job summary

Babylonstoren is seeking a Client Liaison to join the e-commerce team in Cape Town. You will assist with operations, support driver teams, and handle customer queries across phone, email and WhatsApp, while helping manage online orders and ensure timely delivery.

The role requires initiative, strong communication, and collaborative teamwork in a fast-paced setting. Preferred candidates have matric, a tertiary qualification, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and fluency in Afrikaans and English.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 required; tertiary qualification advantageous.
• Good understanding of customer service is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English; e-commerce knowledge a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide general support to operations and driver teams.
• Answer customer queries via telephone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Assist with management of orders placed through the online shop.
• Follow up orders throughout fulfilment to ensure successful delivery.
