Job summary

Fidelity Services Group is seeking a Sales Consultant to source and close deals, selling armed monitoring, alarm upgrades, CCTV systems, and other security solutions. You will drive new business, meet monthly targets, and provide regular reports while building relationships with key stakeholders.

The role requires self-motivation, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a presentable, professional demeanor. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are preferred for field activities.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience with a proven track record, preferably in capital goods sales, showcasing your ability to achieve and exceed targets.
• Knowledge of intruder detection equipment such as IDS, DSC, AJAX or other alarm systems is advantageous, demonstrating your technical acumen.
• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• PSIRA registered - Grade C

Responsibilities

• Source and close deals through self-sourced leads and internal referrals.
• Cultivate relationships with estate agents, builders, architects and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting to track progress and ensure targets are met.
• Maintain administrative duties related to sales with meticulous attention to detail.
