Job summary

Outworx Contact Centre is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer care professional to join our fast-paced international team in Cape Town. You will manage end-to-end customer relations across multiple channels, de-escalate complaints, and deliver high-quality support to a global customer base.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in customer services within hospitality or travel, plus excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent written and spoken Dutch (CEFR C2).
• Proven customer services experience in hospitality or related sectors.
• Experience in omnichannel environments: inbound, outbound, live chat and back-office.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
