Outsource-X South Africa seeks a Dutch Written Customer Support Agent in Cape Town to join a multilingual team for a UK-based SaaS client. You will handle Dutch and English inquiries with courtesy and accuracy, delivering solutions in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires 1–2 years of customer support experience and fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2). This is an office-based position with daytime shifts in Somerset West, Western Cape.

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for supply and demand-related customer support inquiries for our Multilingual -speaking clients. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, an analytical problem solver, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You will be joining a fantastic multinational team, working alongside French, Multilingual , Dutch, Multilingual , and English Agents.

Manage incoming client contacts and escalations with compassion and proactivity in order to prioritize their needs and provide unique solutions to problems.
Process both client-generated and internally generated service request tickets within specified delivery times.
Administrative support to certify client details and alter any incorrect information within our stakeholder’s client database.
Flexibility to take on additional tasks as directed by Team Leader.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer support or client-facing roles, preferably in a multinational environment.
Dutch (Level C1/C2)
English (Level B2)
