You will handle client inquiries, escalate issues with compassion, and process service requests within agreed timelines, while maintaining accurate client records.

Working hours are 09:00 to 18:00, with shift rotation, and the role is in-office at Somerset West.

Qualifications

• Dutch written proficiency at advanced level (C1/C2).
• English written/oral proficiency at good level (B2).
• 1–2 years in customer support or client-facing roles, preferably multinational.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming client contacts and escalations with care and proactive assistance.
• Process client-generated and internal service tickets within specified delivery times.
• Provide administrative support to certify client details in the client database.
