Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
• Proven knowledge of international shipping procedures, customs regulations, and trade compliance.
• Experience with sea, air, and land transport.
• Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods via sea, air, and land freight.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation including bills of lading, customs declarations, and invoices.
• Track shipments in real-time and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Liaise with customs authorities, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers.
• Resolve logistical issues and discrepancies promptly.
