Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure on-time dispatch and receipt.

• Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to arrange transport.
• Prepare and process shipping documents including bills of lading and invoices.
• Track shipments and provide status updates to internal teams and clients.
• Identify and resolve delays, damages, or discrepancies promptly.
• Optimize routes and methods to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, and warehousing teams for seamless operations.
