About the Role Our client is seeking a highly dynamic and experienced Director of Insurance Operations to lead and optimize all operational aspects of their business in Mossel Bay, Western Cape. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing claims, policy administration, customer service, and operational efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, a proven ability to drive operational excellence, and a deep understanding of the insurance value chain. You will be instrumental in implementing innovative solutions, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring the smooth and cost-effective functioning of the company's day-to-day activities. Key Responsibilities
