About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

A minimum of 6 years of experience in insurance operations management or a related operational leadership role within the financial services sector. Comprehensive understanding of insurance products, policy administration systems, and claims processing workflows. Proven experience in leading and managing operational teams. Strong knowledge of operational best practices, process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is advantageous. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and influence teams. Proficiency in using operational management software and standard office applications. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A relevant professional qualification in insurance or operations management is preferred.
