Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in insurance operations management with leadership experience.
• Extensive knowledge of claims processing, policy admin, and customer service best practices.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute strategic operational plans to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Oversee end-to-end claims management and ensure timely settlements.
• Manage policy administration including issuance, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
• Lead and develop the customer service function to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Implement and manage operational workflows leveraging technology to automate processes.
