Requirements

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in talent management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
• Ability to influence and advise senior management.
• Experience in the technology sector is a plus.
• Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) are desirable.
