Nedbank looks for a client-focused professional to educate clients on self-service digital solutions while addressing sales and service needs. You will engage clients, build trust, educate on subscriptions, and guide them through Nedbank’s financial products and processes.

With 1–2 years in retail or banking client service, you will leverage product knowledge and sales skills to deliver value, ensure compliant interactions, and nurture long-term client relationships within Nedbank's framework.

Competenze

• Diploma is required.
• FAIS Approved Qualification preferred.
• 1-2 years Retail/Banking client service, sales and relationship experience.
• Product sales skills, product knowledge and customer service principles.
