Nedbank in South Africa seeks a motivated Client Service and Sales Consultant to educate clients on self-service channels and deliver financial solutions. You will respond to client needs, build trust, and guide customers through subscriptions and account servicing.

You will work with internal teams to meet sales and service targets, manage risk and compliance, and contribute to growing Nedbank's market share by providing excellent customer experiences and cross-selling where appropriate.

Competenze

• Diploma required.
• FAIS approved qualification preferred.
• 1–2 years retail/banking client service, sales, and relationship experience.
