Nedbank in the Western Cape seeks a client service professional to educate customers on digital/self-service options, balance branch stock, and process cash transactions with accuracy. You will resolve login issues, assist with online applications and cross-sell services while upholding Nedbank security policies.

Experience in retail/banking and a Diploma is preferred; 1–2 years in client service is advantageous.
